We offer comprehensive hearing assessments using high-quality diagnostic equipment in a soundproof environment. This appointment is appropriate for anyone who may experience hearing or communication difficulties, tinnitus, vertigo or have concerns for their hearing or ear health.

We offer assessments for pensioners, adults, and school-aged children. No referral from a doctor is required to book a hearing assessment. However, if you do have a referral, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Annual hearing assessments are free for pensioners and veterans through the Government’s Hearing Services Program (HSP).

Blocked ears can be uncomfortable and frustrating. We safely and effectively remove earwax using gentle, best-practice techniques such as micro-suctioning and curette methods.

We offer wax removal as a complementary service to all our return clients at their annual hearing assessments.

Pre-employment and industrial hearing screenings are for those requiring a basic hearing test for their employer. This is not appropriate if you have been referred by your doctor for a hearing assessment.

We offer custom-made ear plugs using impressions of your ear to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.

These plugs can be tailored for noise protection, sleeping, swimming or musicians/communication earpieces.
